Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as around the 20th of each month so your Sociemo subscription will be with you at the end of each month.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class or express as you have selected on your order.

Once your order is dispatched; we will send you an email to notify you that it is on its way! Generally it will take up to 5 working days to arrive however in some instances it may take up to 7 working days.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns on products purchased on Sociemo.com. All sales are final.

Cancellations

If you have purchased a subscription with us and wish to cancel you can do so by logging into your account before the 15th of the month to cancel. If you have any problems with cancelling through your account please click here to contact us or email info@sociemo.com.
